Dezembro em 6, 2004, um consultante/contratante britânicos do óleo com os Chinês Contínuo Minerais Corporaçõ, A angra do Sr. Hamilton fêz um depósito (fixo) numerado do tempo por doze meses de calendário, avaliado em US$12.800, 000.00 (vinte milhão oito cem mil dólares de Estados Unidos somente) em minha filial.
Em cima da maturidade, Eu emiti uma notificação rotineira a seu endereço de transmissão mas não começ nenhuma resposta. Após um mês, nós emitimos um lembrete e finalmente nós descobrimos de seus empregadores do contrato, Chinês Contínuo Minerais Corporaçõ que a angra do Sr. Hamilton morreu de um acidente de automóvel. Na posterior investigação, eu encontrei que morreu sem fazer uma VONTADE, e todas as tentativas de seguir seu seguinte de parentes têm ser infrutíferas.
De acordo com o país as leis e a constituição de operação bancária que guiam esta instituição de operação bancária indic aquela após a expiração (de 5) cinco anos, se nenhuma corpo ou pessoa vêm para a reivindicação como o seguinte de parentes, tal dinheiro será reverte ao banco central do Tesouraria de Nigéria se ninguém se aplica como o seguinte de parentes à reivindicação do fundo. Para agravar a situação, um regulador recentemente apontado do banco central de Nigéria emergeu e conseqüentemente, a investigação e a confiscação deste fundo puderam ser eficazes no fim da expiração que é dezembro õ 2009.
Todos os originais e provam o permitir começ este fundo foram evitados com segurança e eu estou assegurando-o uma participação do risco de 100% livre. Sua parte seria 50% da quantidade total, e minhas serão para finalidades de investimento em sua companhia ou em toda a planta que de investimento você extraído dentro de seu país .
Não há nenhum risco de todo, como o Conselho de Administração deste banco e seu advogado me deram esta grande atribuição de fornecer o beneficiário/o seguinte de parentes correspondentes à angra atrasada de Hamilton e a acreditariam que-assim-nunca (estrangeiro) apresentou.
Eu igualmente não descobri que a angra atrasada do Sr. Hamilton depositou uma aveia sem - nenhum nome como seguinte de parentes foi indic na letra. Uns detalhes mais adicionais ser-lhe-iams em cima do recibo de sua resposta.

On December 6, 2004, a British Oil consultant/contractor with the Chinese Solid Minerals Corporation, Mr. Hamilton Creek made a numbered time (Fixed) Deposit for twelve calendar months, valued at US$12.800,000.00 (Twenty Million Eight Hundred thousand United States Dollars only) in my branch.
Upon maturity, I sent a routine notification to his forwarding address but got no reply. After a month, we sent a reminder and finally we discovered from his contract employers, Chinese Solid Minerals Corporation that Mr. Hamilton Creek died from an automobile accident. On further investigation, I found out that he died without making a WILL, and all attempts to trace his next of kin has being fruitless.
In accordance with the country’s banking laws and constitution guiding this banking institution stated that after the expiration of (5) five years, if no body or person comes for the claim as the next of kin, such money will be revert to the Central Bank of Nigeria Treasury if nobody applies as the next of Kin to claim of the fund. To worsen the situation, a newly appointed Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria has emerged and consequently, investigation and confiscation of this fund might be effective at the end of expiration being December 6th 2009.
All documents and proves to enable you get this fund have been safely kept off and I am assuring you a 100% risk free involvement. Your share would be 50% of the total amount, and mine will be for investment purposes in your company or any investment plan you would drawn within your country
There is no risk at all, as both the Management Board of this Bank and his Attorney have given me this great assignment of providing the rightful beneficiary/Next of Kin to the late Hamilton Creek and would believe who-so-ever (Foreigner) presented.
I have also discovered that Late Mr. Hamilton Creek deposited an Oat without will - no name as Next of Kin was stated in the letter. Further details would be provided to you upon receipt of your reply.
